1How do I sign up for unlimited washes?
Visit Pure Car Wash or purchase online. Select the wash you want and pay with a credit or debit card.
2How do I pay for my Pure Unlimited membership?
The credit or debit card used when you become a Pure Unlimited member will be charged monthly on your anniversary date. If you purchase an Unlimited membership online, you will need to present your credit or debit card at your first wash to pick up your Unlimited sticker.
3How often can I wash my vehicle?
As often as you’d like each month!
4Where can I use my Pure Unlimited membership?
You can use your Pure Unlimited membership at any of our Pure Car Wash locations.
5I want to buy an Unlimited membership online. How will I get my pass?
When you purchase a Pure Unlimited membership online, you’ll receive a receipt and barcode by email. Just present the barcode (print it out or keep it on your phone) along with your credit or debit card at your local Pure Car Wash, and a team member will affix your Unlimited sticker to your vehicle windshield. *Please note that the credit or debit card presented at Pure Car Wash when you pick up your Unlimited sticker will be the card used for monthly recharges.
6How do I cancel my Unlimited membership?
You can discontinue your plan online or visit your local Pure Car Wash and speak with a team member. There is no contract or obligation and you can cancel at any time. (Please allow 7 days to process.) No refunds will be given when discontinuing.
7Can my Unlimited membership be used for more than one vehicle?
An Unlimited membership is for one vehicle and is not transferable. If you get a new vehicle, please visit Pure Car Wash to get your Unlimited sticker updated.
8Is an Unlimited sticker required?
Yes. When you become an Unlimited member, a small RFID tag about the size of a stick of gum will be attached to the windshield of your vehicle.
9How can I replace my Unlimited sticker?
Got a new car or had a window replaced? No problem! See a team member at Pure Wash and they can replace it for you.
10What if I get a new credit card?
You can talk with a team member at Pure Car Wash or update your card information online now.
11Do I need my Unlimited member number to cancel my plan or update my card?
Yes, to manage your plan online, you will need the 11-digit number on the sticker on your windshield (it will be in the format 12345+123456). If you don’t have access to your Unlimited sticker, please contact us.
12How long does it take for my plan to be canceled?
In order to allow processing time, any updates should be completed 7 business days prior to the anniversary date on which your card will be recharged. If you cancel, your plan will remain active until the next billing date and you may continue to wash during this time.
13Will I receive a refund after canceling my plan?
No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan will remain active until the next billing date.
14Will I receive an email confirmation after I update my credit card or cancel my plan?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after you complete your request.
15What if I change my mind after I submit my cancellation request?
We would be happy for you to return as a Pure Unlimited member. Simply visit us at your local Pure Car Wash or re-enroll online now.
16Why do I get an error message when I try to cancel my Unlimited membership?
There are two common causes of error messages.
• You don’t have the correct Unlimited number (an 11-digit number found on the sticker on your windshield).
• Your Unlimited membership recharge is already in progress.
In either of these cases, please visit us at your local Pure Wash or contact us directly, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
